		We are situated within walking distance of Mevagissey Harbour and village where you can choose from many different activities including deep sea fishing, hire a boat, fishing from the quay or water sports for the more active. The village has many small shops also local restaurants and traditional pubs. The view from Tregorran is wonderful and overlooks the surrounding area. Safe and sandy beaches nearby and close proximity to the Eden Project, and Heligan Gardens makes us an ideal location. We have a superb south facing sun deck with wonderful relaxing panoramic views.
	£27.50 to £30.00 for bed and breakfast. per person per night We are open January to Mid November. For consideration of others we do not allow smoking in the house. There is ample off road parking available and also a free car park. Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.	When approaching Mevagissey from St. Austell, turn left at cross roads at the top of the hill, passed Pentewan, when you see the sign. Avoid all road branching and continue into no through road, Cliff Road. Tregorran is situated 150yds on the right.
	Most of our rooms are graced with stunning sea or landscape views overlooking the village. En-suite or private facilities are available in all our rooms together with tea and coffee making facilities and Colour TV with tele text. We have a twin bedded room and 4 double rooms available. One ground floor double en-suite room available.
